Here is a list of positions for which we are currently recruiting:

Project Manager
Tanknology is seeking a qualified individual to manage UST system related projects.

Duties:
  • Manage the process of underground storage tank (UST) repairs for customers
  • Projects may include spill bucket replacement, dispenser repair, tank top excavation, piping replacement, leak detection system repair/installation and other projects
Requirements:
  • Process developement, estimating, preparing proposals
  • Managing contractors, communicating job progress to customers, and documenting job costs
  • Preparing close-out reports and preparing invoices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and its products
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel
  • Maintain records
Responsibilities:
  • From Operations staff, receive repair project leads and prepare proposals for prospective work
  • Management contractors and customer contact
  • Document costs
  • Prepare invoices
  • Prepare reports
College degree and UST industry experience preferred.

Technician Trainee (Lousiana, Oklahoma, Texas)
The field services technician tests underground storage tanks at service stations for leaks and assures petroleum vapor recovery systems are in compliance. Please email Brian Derge or contact him at (337) 857 5583

Duties:
  • Testing tanks for leaks, perform installation and testing of automatic tank gauge systems, lockout/tagout procedures, other on-site assessments, and record data into  laptop computer.
Requirements:
  • Able to work with supervision and eventually independently
  • Good driving record
  • Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
  • Clean criminal history
  • Able to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Position requires stooping, bending, kneeling
  • Able to use computer, hand and power tools
  • Follow strict safety and technical protocols
  • Extensive travel in company-furnished vehicle
  • Ability to be away from home for a few weeks at a time, with company-paid travel expenses.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive service vehicles to sites
  • Receive training on installing equipment
  • Receive training on conducting tests
  • Learn to analyze data
  • Enter results into computer
  • Transmit reports
  • Maintain records
  • Communicate well
  • If you are not afraid to get dirty, and want to be paid a base salary  the first 4 months and earn bonus on top of  salary after you are trained (approximately 4 months), we want to hear from you.
Technician Trainee
