According to the U.S. EPA's publication, Technical Guidance-Stage II Vapor Recovery Systems for Control of Vehicle Refueling Emissions at Gasoline Dispensing Facilities: 

"...owners and operators of gasoline dispensing facilities
which incorporate the use of Stage I and Stage II Vapor Recovery Controls must be trained in the proper operation and maintenance
of the facilities' equipment. Owners and operators will be held accountable for any and all violations subjected to the facility by
the implementing agency." 

To assist our customers with this important regulatory requirement, Tanknology has developed a self-paced Stage I & Stage II Vapor Recovery Training Course on DVD or VHS. This course is designed to train facility personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of Stage I and Stage II Vapor Recovery systems, types of systems, and proper record keeping. The course is a comprehensive two part training that includes a 90 minute training video or DVD, followed by a workbook examination. 

The workbook can be used as a future reference guide for your employees. This course meets EPA certification standards. However, your state's air quality division may have specific regulations that you will need to be aware of.
